We are unable to accept returns at this time. However, if we have made a mistake, we will work with you to rectify the problem.

All preorder sales are final. We order according to demand and are unable to issue refunds.

Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
